Sometimes even minor adjustments to these processes can result in major cost savings through more efficient work practices. In some instances these changes are made necessary through changes in strategies; in other instances it may be time to “look at the way we do things”. Project & Tender Management |

57Dots can manage minor or major projects from start to finish. Alternately, our clients have often started projects that appeared to be well planned and documented but somehow went off the rails. Sometimes an objective assessment of progress may be required for various reasons including: senior management not satisfied with progress; a new project manager is appointed; a project is nearing implementation stage when there is a steep increase in resources, expenditure and risk. Whatever the reason, the sooner an expert manager is brought in to review or rectify the situation, the sooner resources can be re-deployed into the core business activities and the project finished.
